What does LITECON do?
LITECON is a Melbourne-based Australian-owned company supplying smart bathroom and kitchen solutions. We sell direct to the public and wholesale to bathroom showrooms, kitchen retailers, builders, interior designers, and renovators across Australia. Our range includes smart mirrors for bathrooms and water filter adaptors for kitchen taps.
Do you sell to the public?
Yes. LITECON is open to the public. You can purchase directly from us online or visit our showroom in Frankston.
Where are you based?
We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and supply trade partners nationally. Our showroom is located at the Home Innovations Selection Centre, 111 Cranbourne Rd, Frankston VIC 3199, inside the Frankston Power Centre.
Our Products
What products does LITECON offer?
We offer two product categories:
- Smart Mirrors for bathrooms and ensuites, featuring Android touch screens, adjustable LED lighting, WiFi, Bluetooth, and built-in smart apps.
- Kitchen Tap Water Filter Adaptors that attach to any standard kitchen faucet for clean, filtered water on demand. No plumber required.
What is a smart mirror?
A smart mirror combines traditional mirror functionality with integrated smart technology. Our smart mirrors feature an Android touch screen, built-in apps, adjustable LED lighting with colour and brightness control, high-fidelity speakers, Bluetooth, and WiFi connectivity, all in a water resistant construction designed for bathroom environments.
What smart mirror models do you offer?
Aura Series A1: Circle shaped smart mirror available in 700mm and 800mm. Features a 10.1-inch screen with inner LED lights.
Nova Series N1: Rectangle shaped smart mirror, 1200mm x 700mm. Features inner LED lights and a 10.1-inch screen.
Infinity Series I1: Rectangle shaped smart mirror, 1200mm x 700mm. Features outer LED lights and a 10.1-inch screen with a premium alloy frame.
Can the mirror be used as a normal mirror?
Yes. All LITECON smart mirrors function as a standard mirror when not in active use. The screen and lighting can be adjusted or turned off entirely.
What apps are available on the mirror?
Our mirrors run Android OS and come with built-in apps including time, date, day, live weather, timer, medication reminder, toothbrush game for kids, and more. OTA updates keep the software current.
Are the mirrors water resistant?
Yes. All LITECON smart mirrors are engineered with an IP44 water resistant rating.
First digit (4): Protection against solid objects larger than 1mm such as tools, screws, or wires.
Second digit (4): Protection against water splashed from any direction.
What are the power requirements for smart mirrors?
Our mirrors operate on AC100V to 240V and are suitable for standard Australian power supply. Rated power consumption is under 46W, with standby power under 4W.
What certifications do your products hold?
Our smart mirrors are certified to CE, FCC, CCC, and SAA standards.
Does the water filter adaptor require a plumber?
No. Our kitchen tap water filter adaptors are designed as a simple DIY installation. They attach directly to your existing kitchen faucet with no professional installation required.
Trade Accounts and Wholesale
How do I become a LITECON trade partner?
You can apply for a trade account via our Trade and Wholesale page or contact us directly at sales@liteconau.com. Our team will be in touch within 2 business days.
Who qualifies for a trade account?
We work with bathroom showrooms, kitchen and appliance retailers, builders, interior designers, renovators, and related trade professionals. If you are unsure whether you qualify, reach out and we will discuss your situation.
Do you offer showroom support?
Yes. We work directly with showroom and retail partners on product setup, display configuration, marketing assets, and staff familiarisation to ensure our products are presented and sold effectively in your environment.
What is included with a trade account?
Trade account holders receive access to wholesale pricing, product spec sheets, marketing assets and imagery, dedicated trade team support, and showroom setup assistance where applicable.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Please contact our trade team to discuss minimum order requirements. We work with partners of varying scales and are happy to find an arrangement that suits your business.
Delivery and Support
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. We offer free delivery within Melbourne. Delivery outside Melbourne is available — please contact us for details.
What warranty do your products come with?
Our smart mirrors come with a 2-year electrical warranty and a 10-year mirror warranty. Please contact us for warranty details on water filter adaptors.
How do I get technical support?
Contact our support team at support@liteconau.com or call 1300 877 829 (Option 2). We respond within 1 business day during business hours.
Do you provide installation guidance?
Yes. We recommend professional installation for all jobs that require a GPO installation. Mounting bracket installation guides are included with every mirror, and our team can provide digital copies and technical guidance on request.
