About LITECON

What does LITECON do?

LITECON is an Australian smart mirror company based in Melbourne. We wholesale smart mirrors exclusively to the bathroom trade, including bathroom showrooms, plumbing suppliers, bathroom product and tile resellers, and related trade professionals.

Do you sell to the public?

No. LITECON is a wholesale-only business. All sales are made through our trade partners. If a member of the public is interested in our products, we encourage them to visit one of our authorised partners.

Where are you based?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and supply trade partners nationally across Australia.

What is a smart mirror?

A smart mirror is a mirror that combines traditional mirror functionality with integrated smart technology. To be truly smart, a product must have hardware, electronics, and connectivity. Our smart mirrors feature an Android touch screen, built-in apps (including social media and YouTube), adjustable CCT LED lighting, high-fidelity speakers, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity, all in a water resistant construction designed for the bathroom.

What smart mirror models do you offer?

We currently offer three models:

Aura Series A1: Circle shaped smart mirror that comes in 3 sizes, 600mm, 700mm and 800mm. 10.5 inch screen with inner led lights.

Nova Series N1: Rectangular shaped smart mirror that is 1200mm long and 700mm high. Inner led lights with a 10.5 inch screen.

Infinity Series I1: Rectangular shaped smart mirror that is 1200mm long and 700mm high. Outer led lights with a 21.5 inch screen.

Can the mirror be used as a normal mirror?

Yes. All LITECON smart mirrors function as a standard mirror when not in use as a smart device. The screen and lighting can be adjusted or turned off entirely.

What apps are available on the mirror?

Our mirrors run Android 11 and come with built-in apps including Facebook, instagram, Tiktok, Netflix, YouTube, weather, timer, medication reminders, and more. Additional apps can be installed via the app store.

Are the mirrors water resistant?

Yes. All LITECON smart mirrors are engineered with an IP rating of 44 which means the following: 

The First Number (4): Represents solid object protection. A rating of 4 means it blocks solid objects and materials larger than 1 mm, such as tools, screws, or thick wires. It does not offer complete dust-tight protection.

The Second Number (4): Represents liquid and moisture resistance. A rating of 4 signifies that the enclosure is protected from water splashed against it from any direction.

What are the power requirements?

Our mirrors operate on AC100V to 240V and are suitable for standard Australian power supply. Rated power consumption is under 46W, with standby power under 4W.

What certifications do your products hold?

Our smart mirrors are certified to CE, FCC, CCC, and SAA standards.

Trade Accounts and Wholesale

How do I become a LITECON trade partner?

You can apply for a trade account via our Trade and Wholesale page or contact us directly at sales@liteconau.com. Our team will be in touch within 2 business days.

Who qualifies for a trade account?

We work with bathroom showrooms, plumbing suppliers, bathroom product and tile resellers, luxury home builders, interior designers, architects, and related trade professionals. If you're unsure whether you qualify, reach out and we'll discuss your situation.

Do you offer showroom support?

Yes. We work directly with showroom partners on product setup, display configuration, marketing assets, and staff familiarisation to ensure our smart mirrors are presented and sold effectively in your showroom environment.

What is included with a trade account?

Trade account holders receive access to wholesale pricing, product spec sheets, marketing assets and imagery, dedicated trade team support, and showroom setup assistance where applicable.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Please contact our trade team to discuss minimum order requirements. We work with partners of varying scales and are happy to find an arrangement that suits your business.

Delivery and Support

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. We offer free delivery to trade partners across Australia.

What warranty do your smart mirrors come with?

Our smart mirrors come with a 2-year electrical warranty and a lifetime mirror warranty.

How do I get technical support?

Contact our support team at support@liteconau.com or call 1300 877 829 (Option 2). We respond within 1 business day during business hours.

Do you provide installation guidance?

Yes. We recommend professional installation for all jobs that require a GPO installation. For the mounting bracket installation guides are included with every mirror, and our team can provide digital copies and technical guidance on request.
