Returns & Warranty Policy

LITECON supplies exclusively to qualified trade partners. All sales are subject to our Trade Terms & Conditions.

Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods only. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on wholesale orders. All return requests must be approved prior to goods being sent back.

To initiate a return, contact support@liteconau.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos where applicable. Approved returns will be issued with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions.

Warranty All LITECON smart mirrors are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled directly through LITECON. Please contact support@liteconau.com or call 1300 877 829.

Exchanges Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or credited at LITECON's discretion following inspection.
